IF You Fail or Nursing Disappointments

Encouragement for Future Providers

I am a firm believer in NEVER giving up on your passion to care for people. A person can still become a nurse after failing the boards +5 times and continue to rock on! We’ve all been disappointed, failed an exam, and sometimes been completely traumatized but PICK YOURSELF UP. One thing no one will ever argue about is how we need more COMPASSION in the world, especially in nursing. I am ROOTING for you, no matter what level you’re on or going to!

…Keep pressing on

They are plenty of nurses or etc. who have passed the boards on the first try and still struggle years after school especially if they are in a specialty. The human body is complicated! Once again, we will always need providers, especially those who can empathize and emotionally support others. Nurses who passed their boards, got masters, and even when people failed their boards multiple times can still remain arrogant, reckless, and be difficult to work with… do not compare yourself to anybody’s success or failure because there’s always a plan exclusively for you, and YOU alone.

Continue YOUR passions

Have faith in God. Only HE knows your situation. Some people had a silver platter their whole entire life while others had to balance a full-time job, kids, care for loved ones…etc. but who really knows what goes on in people’s lives? again do not compare yourself to others and continue to be the BEST you can possibly be for yourself.

Surround yourself with positive and supportive people, who see your efforts and want you to succeed no matter what flaws you think you have. If you don’t have a support system then continue to depend on God, He’s truly all you ever need when everyone else has disappeared. God is always by our side.

Jesus is our TRUE friend indeed and will give you all the peace in those quiet or painful moments, think positive, and continue studying. If not healthcare, then let your heart and NOT a failure dictate your next decision. I AM rooting for YOU! Tips for Encouragment More positive thoughts, activities, and hope ♥️
